It is a challenge for Macben, as an entrepreneur, to expand our assortment and the changes in procedures and standards to be and to stay always up-to-date. Keeping the assortment and the presentation optimal is time consuming and therefore expensive. An entrepreneur who is frequently working in a laboratory or on a building site, knows as no other that a sophisticated assortment and a correct presentation are the important keys to success. Macben offers an advanced program with every needed service (accredited calibrations, repairs, etc. )which makes it possible to create ‘tailor made’ concepts for our customers.
The Marketing department also provides you with the necessary supporting documents.

Accredited Calibration Laboratory with integrated After-sales service

Smooth warranty service and possible standard exchange in collaboration with our manufacturers.

Our calibration services are Belac EN ISO/IEC 17025 accredited for compression machines and balances. (Signatory to EA, ILAC and IAF Multilateral Agreements).


We offer a clear overview of our product range by using seperate catalogs, both printed and digital.


At Macben service doesn’t stand for a department but for a philosophy. In each department we implement a “full service”.


Orders can be placed in the way the customer chooses: by phone, fax, e-mail and through our webshop.


From our 600 m² distribution centers in Sint-Niklaas and Breda we supply worldwide more than thousands of customers, from Denmark to Cambodja and Vietnam. We have a modern orderpicking system, which allows us to deliver the orders placed before 13 h the next day.

Technical interventions

Our intervention teams can be in short time at the customer if there are emergencies or a breakdown. We are able to execute the moste reparations and calibrations in short time with our fully equiped servicevans.
