BAG-MacBen has been part of the Optimus Instruments Group for quite some time. This collaboration has enabled us to combine our expertise and offer you an even broader range of high-quality solutions and services.
To reinforce this unity and simplify our administrative processes, we have decided to complete the financial and legal integration as well.
What changes for you? As of 17/06/2026, the company BAG-MacBen bv will continue under the name Optimus bv. This is accompanied by a new VAT number and bank account.
