Sampling system for fumes toxicity
A system FTIR analyzes the fumes emitted from a chamber built according to the ISO 5659-2 standard to determine the specific optical density of the fumes produced by solid materials. The toxic effluents are analyzed at two fixed sampling periods, eg 4 and 8 minutes, after the start of the test. The sampling system consists of a heated line for gas transfer. Line made of PTFE (4 meters long and 6 mm in diameter) with a maximum temperature of + 220 ° C. EGA module for suction, filtration and thermal stabilization (up to 10 liters / minute). Heating system for optical path cells equipped with digital temperature regulator. Automatic system for the selective introduction of the sample gas.
