MIT-SCAN-T3: Thickness measuring device
The MIT-SCAN-T3 is the device used to measure the layer thickness or depth of asphalt and concrete pavements. This non-destructive measurement metod use the Magnetic Imaging Tomography technique to verify that the asphalt or concrete has been laid to the required thickness. It can be used directly after the application and rolling of hot asphalt as well as on milled surfaces.
