PAVEMIX - Malaxeur automatique de laboratoire pour enrobés bitumineux
Mélangeur de laboratoire automatique pour asphalte, capacité de 32 litres, avec pales de mélange hélicoïdales détachables.
Le PaveMix a été expressément conçu pour préparer des mélanges bitumineux homogènes à une température strictement contrôlée. La préparation de l'échantillon bitumineux est obtenue en un court laps de temps (quelques minutes) pour éviter toute dégradation mécanique des agrégats et pour enrober entièrement tous les composants minéraux, comme le demande la norme EN 12697-35.

PaveMix consists of:
- The main frame holds a horizontal stainless steel bowl with detachable helical mixing blades, to facilitate the cleaning procedure.
- The bowl, double wall insulation made of stainless steel AISI 316, contains an electric heater with a probe sensor granting constant and uniform temperature control.
- An electromechanical motion allows to tilt of the bowl to get easy the unloading operation, with total rotation up to 130°.
